COVID-19 Refund Policy:

We hope everyone is staying safe during these trying times.  We know that there is a lot of uncertainty going around right now.  The health and wellness of our players, volunteers and families is of our utmost concern.  We wanted to make everyone aware of our Covid-19 refund policy.  In the event that the tournament is cancelled due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we will be offering full refunds of the registration fee that you had paid if you had registered and completed payment by July 25th.  This refund will only be in the event that the tournament is cancelled due to Covid-19.  This refund policy does not pertain to any other cancellations outside the control of the tournament committee.


You are invited to apply for the 41st Annual CUSA CUP Youth Soccer Tournament.


All Finals Matches are played in Beavercreek, Ohio at Ankeney Soccer Complex.


The Tournament will be played over the Labor Day Weekend on September 5 - September 6.


Here are some of the highlights of our tournament;

  • 2 Day only Tournament, so only 2 nights of accommodation required for out of town teams.

We offer registration through GotSoccer - registration details will be sent with team acceptance notices on or about Aug 5th.


The Tournament format is made up of three preliminary round games (round robin) with Final Matches in each division. Some divisions may play a four-game round-robin format.


Individual medals will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place teams and a Team Trophy will be awarded for 1st place teams.


  • U8 teams will play 4v4

  • U9 and U10 teams will play 7v7

  • U11 and U12 teams will play 9v9

  • U-13 and older teams will play 11v11


Players must be registered to the team making application.


All teams and players accepted to this tournament will be verified.


Only players with valid player passes will be permitted to play.

Entry Forms and Payment must be received by August 5th We accept credit cards (3.5% fee applies) and eChecks (1.25% fee applies) as well as standard paper checks. A $25 late fee may be applied to any team who hasn't paid by August 5th.
